Stocking the Pantry

You will find out what chefs always have on hand, including healthy items that make easy meals. In addition, you’ll learn how to “put up” some of summer’s final crop.
Knowing how to wield a knife, create beautiful vegetable cuts and keep your knives sharp makes prep work not only easier but more enjoyable. Fine-tune your knife skills in this class, which teaches you the basics all cooks need to perfect. We offer complimentary knife sharpening at this class. This class will also teach you how to create that slow-cooked, concentrated flavor more quickly and tell you which foods are best for braising.

Learn how to create delicious one-pot meals that add a modern touch to the age-old comforting casserole.
