Celebrate and experience the period of 16th-century Renaissance at the 8th annual Faire!
The Fishers Renaissance Faire is extremely excited to announce that two of the contestants from the popular History Channel television show Full Metal Jousting will be jousting this year at the faire along with Shane Adams, the host and also one of the creators of modern day full-contact jousting.
New this year: The Rogue Blades, Ric Roc Zoo, Rodney the Elder, and Whiskey Bards.
Come All Ye Lords and Ladies!
Experience the Golden Age of Queen Elizabeth I with over 250 costumed characters, jousting by the Knights of Valour, armed combat demonstrations, period music and dance, Shakespeare vignettes, roving comedy, swordplay, knighting ceremonies, parades, and over 70 artisans and merchants, many food vendors, and free kids’ games. On the stages there will be pirate shows with the Hey Nonny Nonny Players, comedy and swordfighting with the Rogue Blades, juggling and comedy from Ric Roc Zoo, magic from Rodney the Elder, fire and magic from Molotov the Gypsy, impossible feats and aerial show with the Knotty Bits, sea chanties and music from Drunk & Sailor, Three Pints Gone, and Minstrel Woode, and so much more!
Guests 21 and older are welcome to enjoy our tavern serving up beer and mead along with entertainment.
